Q. What is the minimum order quantity?

A. For regular products, no minimum order quantity, sample order is acceptable. And for special orders, it depends on customer’s specific requirements.

 

Q. What is the payment terms?

A. There are several kinds of payment terms to our customers that are T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and L/C. Customer need to pay 30% - 50% deposit in advance to start the production if they decide to order.

 

Q. How can I get a price list?

A. Welcome to send email to us with your specific requirements and company’s detailed information. We will as soon as possible reply you in the shortest time.

 

Q. What is the warranty period on Skytec products?

Warranty on LED lighting

A. All LED Lighting ( incude lightheads, lightbars , mini lightbars, beacons, traffic advisors, dash/deck/visor lights, hideaway kits, grille lights, and police motorcycle lights) are warranted for 24 months on parts replacement from the date of delivery.

Warranty on halogen & strobe lights

A. All xenon flash tubes & halogen bulbs ( include lightbars, mini lightbars, beacons, hideaway kits, grille lights and police motorcycle lights) are warranted for 12 months on parts replacement from the date of delivery.

Warranty on sirens & speakers

A. All Sirens & Speakers are warranted for 12 months on parts replacement from the date of delivery.

 

All above warranty excluded from vandalism, tampering, misuse, improper installation, environmental damage or alterations to the product.

 

Q. What is the lead time for my order?

A. Depending on quantities and product. Usually, for sample order, we can ship your order within 3 - 5 business days. And for big order, such as 1 x 20GP or 1 x 40HC, the lead time will be 15 - 30 business days.

 

Q. Can I return an item for service or repair?

A. Yes, customer can return the item for service or repair during Skytec warranty period, and are returned by the customer via prepaid freight.

 

Q. How do i get support if problem happened during the warranty period?

A. First, we need to confirm what’s problem ( welcome to send emails to us with the problem description and attached the problem product’s pictures or video), then we will provide the replacement parts to fix the problem. The shipping freight of replacement parts are at customer’s expense.
